A compassionate, centered space for authentic personal growth and healing.
My commitment to your journey
My practice is a direct reflection of my personal commitment to integrated well-being. I am here to provide you with a compassionate, centered space for old hurts, new hurts, or dark nights of the soul. Whether you are experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, or navigating issues of identity, individuation and authenticity, you are not alone.
My goal is to help you move through moments of struggle toward states of calm and confidence, and a path towards higher consciousness.
I value empathy, warmth, non-judgment and humour, essential to building trust and to fostering a therapeutic relationship that can facilitate growth and change. I believe that therapy is an integrative, collaborative process where we work alongside each other to gently unpack patterns and challenges.
What you can expect
Inspired by the resilience found in nature—like the strength of the mountains, the soft light of a rose, or the steady flow of water—I strive to integrate the reality of your struggle with the deep potential for calm and renewal. I want you to feel comfortable enough to truly show up, perhaps with a cup of tea, ready to simply be.
Therapeutic approach
I am passionate about using modalities like IFS and Brainspotting because they offer deep, lasting avenues for healing, helping you access your own innate wisdom and capacity for change by moving beyond talk therapy. I am inspired by Carl Jung and existential, attachment-based, polyvagal therapy approaches. I also draw from Cognitive Based Therapy modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My approach is spiritually-integrative, allowing you the space to explore and process metaphysical and transcendental questions, quests and challenges, across all faiths and belief systems.
Roseroot (Rhodiola rosea Crassulaceae) A rare succulent, roseroot grows perennially in a variety of soil types and high altitude levels. It is one of the hardiest traditional medicinal plants with folkloric roots that date back over 3,000 years. Its adaptogen roots are known to help restore the mind and memory, help with the way the body manages stress, and stimulate moods and energy levels.
Your well-being matters.
Let’s schedule a time to talk.
The most important factor in successful therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. This is why I offer a free, no-obligation consultation.
